This application is not a product of Intuit Inc. and is provided "as-is." Intuit is not responsible for any data loss, errors, or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of Settle.

1. License Grant

FoundMoney grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the software for identifying potential settlement recoveries based on your connected financial records.

2. OAuth Authorization

By clicking "Connect to QuickBooks," you grant FoundMoney a limited license to access your data through the official Intuit API solely to perform settlement-audit workflows.

3. Audit-Only Purpose

Your license to use FoundMoney is strictly for identifying legal settlement recovery opportunities. This license does not grant rights to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute FoundMoney source code or proprietary matching logic.

4. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

FoundMoney provides informational signals about potential claims. We are not your legal representative, accountant, or CPA, and we do not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

5. No Guarantee of Recovery

Settlement outcomes depend on administrator determinations, court rulings, claim documentation, and filing deadlines. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, payout amount, or payout timing.

6. Termination and Abuse Controls

FoundMoney may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior, including bot abuse, credential misuse, or attempts to manipulate claim workflows.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FoundMoney is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
